    The Engine House & London Borough of Bexley have worked together to design a support package for local businesses and entrepreneurs. By completing our application process, you, and up to 3 members of your business may be eligible for a funded co-working desk for 6 months. Eligibility criteria apply and applications will be assessed on a first, come first serve basis.

    Successful applicants will have a place that their business can call home with a permanent desk and access to business facilities needed to thrive. Including 24/7 access, registered address, onsite parking and discounts on virtual offices, meeting and conference rooms

    The Engine House Bexley is a local hub for creative and innovative businesses, housing over 50 companies and freelancers from a multitude of industries such as engineering, medical, transport, marketing and architecture. We offer a friendly reception service, onsite cafe and various meeting room and breakout spaces for businesses to operate professionally and flexibly.

    As a company we try to facilitate alliances between our members, improving creative inspiration and productive efficiency. There are frequent opportunities to network and attend events to discover more about business support available locally.

    Work life balance and wellbeing is a top priority. You will find our breakout spaces equipped with board games and table tennis tables. And we are soon to be introducing yoga sessions to help clients relax and re-energise.

    Actively trading for at least 12 months

    Annual turnover of less than £1m

    Clean credit safe rating

    Not currently based at The Engine House

    Been impacted by Covid

    Demonstrating scope to grow and thrive in the Engine House environment
